Building a 16G Install kit

Is there anyone out there that has built their own 16g install kit for a 2g? I'm not looking to cheap out or anything. But $175 for some nuts, bolts and a J-pipe seems a bit ridiculous... I'm wondering what all I would need to build my own kit. If it would be much cheaper, which I would imagine it would be... Thanks
