Ok so,

In the midst of redoing my car, the bracket that is welded to the floorpan to mount the two front seat bolts [not the studs in front] in the back is rusted out and needs to be replaced. I can't seem to find one to drill out at the local you pull it. I seriously need this piece if someone knows a source. I tried Miller but 75 dollars for the whole piece is just too much for me.

Also on a unrelated note: Are 8.5mm MSD wires and ignition coils a good part? The ones that came with the car look cheap and I was looking for a more "prestigious" replacement?

And I need black seatbelts to match the rest of the interior, I don't mind paying a decent price for them but they must be rare or something as I havent been able to locate any of those either.

So I am sorry for the 3 questions at once I don't want to spam the forum with a ton of posts, but I really appreciate any information as my build has almost come to a halt =[.
