Broken Wire Please Help Me

hey guys after taking the head off my 1993 i noticed that i had disconnected a wire on the back of the motor. it was attached to the brace that supports the intake manifold on its backside(it has 2 bolts that go into the intake) anyway once i pulled the intake and head off i noticed that this wire was broken so what im trying to figure out is. Does anyone know what this wire is

no i dont but whatever the wire is it runs down through the center of that brace that i was talking about

if it runs through the brce then it is where the knock sensor connects to the engine harness
