broken wideband connector need help

Ok heres the deal. My wideband was acting weird so i checked the o2 sensor under the car and realized the connector between the sensor and the harness that runs to the wideband was broken. I had some wires reconnected but it looks like im missing a small battery or something in the connector. Could any of you electrical wizzes tell me what goes here?

time to buy a new sensor that is where a proprietary piece unique to aem goes its a laser etched resistor without it your wideband will read all funky good news the replacement sensor comes with one and you can get them for around $80

Each AEM UEGO sensor is individually calibrated and a resistor integral at the
connector body is laser trimmed with this value. This process replaces the traditional
"free air" calibration procedure when changing sensors and implements a sensor
specific calibration for unparalleled accuracy.

It's just a cover, I have it on my Bosch sensor as well. There isn't anything under it other than what you see.
