broken tensioner pulley bracket

My prob is, I just bought a 99' Eclipse GS 420a, And it came with a broken tensioner pulley bracket (the part the bolts go through). THIS IS NOT THE TIMING BELT PULLEY. This is the pulley for a/c, power steering, etc. I'v been searching the last two days and i can't find anyone who carrys this part. All i find are Timing belt parts!!!! Can anyone please point me in the right direction!!?? Thanks.
