broken rear mount

i need some advise i have a broken tranny mount(on the back side) and i am wondering if that would effect it going into gear.see the thing is this i just changed the slave cylinder...bled it and still dont really have pedal.when the clutch is pushed in the whole set-up moves just wondering if its ### of the mount or it needs a new clutch

depends how broke it is, just replace it they are not that much money.
