What happened was my mom was leaning over looking at my engine and was resting her weight on one of my lights ( it was up at the time) and the light just collapse I was able to get it back up but it wont stay up and the motor for that light doesnt work anymore. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to fix it. Thanks

ok im not 100% sure how to get them to stay up... but you have those lil knobs behind the lights to manually raise them... maybe by manually raising them and then unplugging the motor youre problem will be solved.
BUT youre lights will be perma-up like you see on many older pop up light cars

Tried that but the light just moves freely I wonder what part was broke does anyone have the diagram for the light?

KICK HER ASS!!!!!!!
um your looking at a whole new motor and assembly, she busted it make her pay for it

Maybe not... I had the same problem (My fault, however.. I won't let my mother near my car)

There is a linkage between the motor and the side of the popup light frame. Its a pain to get to, but that's all that was wrong with mine.

The light could be moved, by hand, up and down quite freely, and would not stay up.

Start digging around with a flashlight. See if you can locate the linkage (on the side closest to the outside of the car), and if it's off, see if you can get it snapped back on.

Have not had a problem since, when I had to do that.

I think I have a set of those if you want to buy any. I can sell one if you just want one. I got about anything really, except maybe turbo's. (for a 1g)
