[RESOLVED] 1GB Pop-Up Light Button/Wires

Hi guys, I am using an old bcs to use for switchable high/low boost and thought it would be really clean if put a 1ga headlight pop up button into the dummy spot on the gauge cluster cover.

Now my behind my gauge cluster cover is uncliped wiring harness for foglights and pop-up head light buttons. My question is where do the pop-up light button wires go to in the harness so that i can tap into them in the engine bay (my mbc is bolted to the outside top ac fan bolt).

I can just run my own wire if need be, but was hoping to utilize a wire already there.

I have no idea if there are any wires you can use but that is an awesome idea.

Will do, if nothing else i will just hook wires up to the proper pins of the switch and do it that way but im hoping one of you dsm electric gurus know where the wires go to on a 1gb. If i get it all working good I will do a tech write up in the tech articles.

I got my dsm manual cd back and looked through it and all the relays and other components are not there. Guess I will just run the power, ground, and output wire to the button and do it that way.

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to route wires with the harness and the hood release cable?

UPDATE - - I am going to use the stock fog light wiring wiring in order to accomplish this, will do a post on it after I get a hold of a pop-up switch from a 1ga and finish the project!
