I had a broken valve cover bolt, so i decided to drill it out and use a easy out. Anyways, the easy out snapped very easily and now its stuck in there. Drill bits dont work on it, and its too deep to get at with pliers. What can i do? Its still on the car, so a machine shop MUST be my last option. Thanks.

I would cut a slot in the bolt with a dremel, and then use a screwdriver impact punch on it.

That wouldn't work, the bolt looks raised above the head but its flush. Plus the head in aluminum, so not using any impact on it. Any other ideas?

I had to end up drilling the hole out completely. Gonna tap it again, hope all goes well. Thanks guys!
