Broke Rear Axle...What are my options?

Ok, so i was checking out what appears to be a synchro issue shifting to 2nd gear after an awd launch when I snapped the pass side rear axle. So it appears these are not as easy as going to autozone to get one. What are my options? Who makes them and where do I get me some Not sure if its a LSD rear as my car was repainted and if there was a door tag its gone. I will crawl under her tomorrow and look for a plate on the diff. If not I believe the old way of checking is to spin one side tire and see if the other tire spins the same way right? I did see that dss makes a rear axle upgrade but its for LSD only.

no one makes oem like rear axles... you will have to find someone parting out an awd with the axles that match your diff... or you can get $400 dollar axles from the drive shaft shop.... I was stuck with the same problem for 3 months... just keep surfing around the classifieds.....

ok does anyone know what all I need to convert my car to an LSD rear? I know obviously i need the 2 axles and diff. What else?
