axle carrier broke

quick question. the a/c bracket bolt broke off. my fault as I failed to put a spacer in. my question is, what size are the bolts? I got my gauges out at work, and it appears that the smaller bolt has 18 threads per inch? so a 3/8"-18. but that is so uncommon apparently. are they actually 10x1.25?
And also.. would just the one smaller bolt hold even during launches?
