I had both my driver's side CV axle intermediate shaft bearing carrier mounting bolts fall out. So the axle pulled just far enough out to dump gear oil out the tranny.

I replaced the driver's side cv axle today, and need assistance finding out what the dimensions of those two carrier bolts are! I really need this answer!!

Apparently one of the bolts is snapped off into the block, and the other one that passes through the AC compressor mounting bracket is unconfirmed.

I bought M10x1.25 bolts, but they do not seem to fit. Any help would be appreciated

Also i drained my T case, and nothing came out. I stuck my pinky in the drain hole and it had like a greasy sludge in it, same with the fill hole. I never really noticed any issues with the drive train, i wonder how long it has been "out of" fluid.

Should i just run a fresh batch of Cheap GL5 in that bad boy to flush it out? Then change it to redline? Or should i flush it a few times with something else?

The rear had GL5 in it, thankfully, if that was all nasty as well, i would have been quite annoyed.

I'm changing the trans fluid, the t case, and the rear diff. I'm using all redline products, and i know the GL4 for the trans, and the GL5 for the t case and rear.

Take the car for a short spin to warm up the fluid in the t-case then come back and drain it.
