Broke pressure plate bolt going into the flywheel

Ok so what am I doing wrong I have broke 2 bolts in about 2 hours the first one I have removed already. The second one I am debating on. Not sure why I keep breaking them. When tighten do you do it like when putting a tire on or just keep going around in a circle?

How tight are you torquing them, and what grade bolts are you using?

They where the same bolts that where in it I not sure the grade. and they are being torqued to 14lbs.

check your torque wrench for calibration and yea u do a star pastern like a tire id also get new bolts.
i get new ones for flywheels and heads every time i do one
