Is my only option for a 1990 Talon to go with the OEM Big Brakes on 92-94? I want the best braking possible using OEM Wheels.

Please give me my options guys...

I know you'll need at LEAST 16inch rims to fit the 3000gt/stealth "upgrade".. Donno about the 90's..

Depends on what rim size you have..

well you should have 16" rims so you really don't have anything to worry about clearance wise so put on the "big brake" upgrade from any 92+awd. GEt some NEW(I can't stress this enough) slotted not cross driled rotors. A nice set of more "race like" pads of your choice put them front and back and go out and have fun.

damn just read the post again, well if you want to keep the 1g oem wheels then the big brake kit is all you can go. If you want to run 2g gsx wheels then you can go with a larger more expensive upgrade kit like the bear or stoptech etc...HOwever some of these kits require that you use an 18" wheel. They should tell you before you buy them what size rim is required, but for a 16" wheel unless you are going with some rather expensive parts the big brake upgrade is one of your only options.

My local junk yard has a NT Stealth... what do I need off that car... just the Calipers? As far as the rotors... should I get slotted Brembo rotors and asking for 92+ size (or 3000Gt or Diamante)? I would be going with SS braided lines.

Any other part I need off the Stealth thats at the junker as far as brakes go?

Which one did you get? The slotted, the cross drilled, the dimple drilled, etc???

Got the drilled and slotted. I asked the guy what the top selling combination was and went with that. Also asked about cracking and warping and he said he's never had a set returned. Sold me and Im happy.

You need the brackets, too. I told the guy at the counter that mine were off an '87 Mirage. I got calipers, brackets, pads, and lines for hella cheap. :| The whole thing bolts right on, but you might need to bend your brake shields back a little, but that's not a big deal.

Also, on drilled/slotted rotors, you can run them. They're not dangerous ... As long as you check them periodically for stress cracks!!!
