I am having problems with my brakes and I was wondering if anyone can help out, they work properly but it makes this wierd noise when I apply pressure to them:
-When braking it makes a squeeky noise
-I replaced the brake pads with some brand new ones and the noise still didn't do away
-They tend to make a louder sound during the day(when its hotter) and quieter noise during the morning and night(cooler temps)
-Its only the right rear brake that makes this noise
-not so much at low speeds maybe 30mph and up it will tend to make this noise while braking
anyone who can help me out thanks in advance:thumb:

dude, man, are you using ceramic pads if you are and they are reybestos ceramics thats your problem. the after market oem part that came on your car before mitsubishi put there name on it is akebono ceramics tire rack sells them. did you clean everything when you did the brake job. some times you will never be able to get rid of that squeek its just the nature of some disc brakes. even the antisqueek paste doesn;t work some times did you lube the sliding pins, did you lube the spot where the backing plates ride in that mount did you replace the metal clips. mmmmuuuuaaahhhhhhh if you get hooks ups on rear calipers they are pretty cheap, i don't think i can say what whole sale is because i have tested brakes for a company before they came out and i don't want to get caught saying what it is because put it this way there cheap really cheap.

adjust the parking brake cable to also i have seen some mechanics at dealer ships grind the left and right sides pads to stop squeeking on new cars. all dealer ships do it cuz replacing pad doesn;t always fix it
