2G Brake Pedal Spacer

So omw home the little plastic puck spacer for the brake pedal and the brake switch came apart and fell off now my brake lights are stuck on. For now I have a piece of the spacer just sitting there pinched in place. Does anyone have a little trick for this, would a nut and bolt be a suitable replacement? I can't imagine having to order the stupid little thing..

Word, I mean you push it in just a hair further and it goes off so I assume you dont need one very thick. I have a cupholder full of bolts but all are too big. Go figure..
