did numerous searches and the answer isn't that good

i need brake pads and i wanted to know do the Metal Master Semi-Metallic Brake Pads shed a lot of dust???

and the hawk pro's the one for street use. see i am looking for something that will help bite a little better but not shed so much dust. your help is appreciated!

Your goals may be conflicting. The Axxis Deluxe pads are create less dust but they are not as aggressive performers.

I don't know what became of the white brake pads from the eighties.

Actually the Axxis Deluxe pads are a very light color. I was wondering if they truly create less dust or just a less objectionable color.

I'm also interested how much the Metal Master pads dust versus the other "sporty street" pads likes the Hawk HPS. Please post your insights!

I also read that carbon-based dust will corrode your wheel-finish faster... what material are the Metal Masters made of? I can't find anything to tell me what "semi-metallic" actually means...

Thanks alot! :)
