Brake disc install

Hey guys, im trying to install new discs and pads on my 97 talon and just haveing some trouble getting the rear right brake disc on. this is the first time iv done an instal myself so was just wondering im missing something. Right now im jsut trying to push it on but it seems that it just wont budge, i can only get 3 bolts lined up and then the rotor hits and wont go further. some help would be appreciated. thanks.

you might want to check and see if the auto parts store gave you the right parts. I've had that happen several times where I've been given the wrong rotor's etc... just a thought

Also check the little drum parking brake that goes inside the hub of the rotor. If the shoes got dislodged or out of position while removing the old rotor, they will have to be re-set into position before the rotor will fit over them . . .

Edit:
Also make sure the parking brake lever is fully released & the cables are not seized
