Hey guys iv esearched all over the place and cant find anything. A while back i heard of a bov that looks tike a turbo xs with two outlets. It is said that one outlet is for the recirculation and the other one is for the venting? Trust me i know everything bout not venting and why, but can this be possible i mean it sounds plausible. Anyone ever hear of it?:talon:

If you tried to vent some of the air, and recirculate the rest, you are still dumping air that has already been metered.

I do not think this would work. Simply because you would not be putting the correct ammount of air back in to the system that you are supposed to be. If your venting some your losing some. I believe the BOV you are referring to is the Turbosmart Dual port BOV search it and you will find useful information and reason why this wont work. Only way to vent a BOV correctly and safely is GM MAFT

Alright, Look at numbers. I'm seeing that BOV around, brand new, for about $250.00. Ok, well a new MAFT is 199.99. And you can get the gm part cheap if you know where to look. (20 bucks) I see complete kits, UICP, MAFT, BOV, and GM sensor on ebay for 300-400. So really, you save yourself 100 bucks, to do it wrong.

Spend the extra and do it the right way :)

I think the dual vent system is just in place to prey on newer tuners that dont understand the recirculating system.
