BOV, Throttle Body, Alternator, & Power Steering Questions

I just purchased a 1991 GSX and have come across a few questions:

I have a power steering leak as pointed out in this picture.

From what I have read here I think I need the power steering pump "kit." I just want to verify that this is indeed what I need. Also, in the same picture, I can't find where the cable that I'm holding goes to. It is coming from the bottom left of the alternator. The alternator is covered in power steering fluid. I assume I should be prepared for it to go shortly?

In this picture of my throttle body, I'm not sure what is supposed to go there. I looked here: http://members.shaw.ca/dsm.1000q/Engineprimer/1G/tps.htm and it shows what looks to be just a screw there.

Just out of curiosity, what is this?

Lastly, I have only heard my BOV once since I got the car. I have driven it normally and have gotten on it, but I haven't heard anything. I picked up another 1g BOV and put that on, but still have not heard a sound. From other threads I gather that my next step would be to check for leaks in the air flow. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok first things first, you power steering pump appears to be leaking because the crush washer went out on the fitting. The wire you are holding appears to be the one that hooks up to the power steering pump, just look and you whould see a little connector that it just goes onto.

The pic of the throttle body it the Base Idle Set Srew (BISS) there should be a screw in there covered by a little cap. it looks like you dont have the cap and it was substituted for something else.

And the little alluminum block looks like a distribution block/ proportioning valve. its hard to tell in the pic.

And lastly you shouldnt really hear the bov because it is recuculated into the intake. this is how it should be so dont worry everything is fine.

I'm pretty sure you just need a crush washer for the power steering pump. That's been the fix everytime I've seen it leaking from there. The BISS screw (idle adjustment) is what is supposed to be in the throttle body. If you don't have one you can buy one from some of the vendors around. Don't worry about the BOV. I hardely ever heard mine when i had the stock intercooler pipping. The last pic is part of your anti-lock brake system.
