hey im new to the forums. just thought id start it off with a question.
i have heard that its not bad that my blow off valve doesnt blow off just when im revving. it does when im driving though. is this bad? is there a way to make it blow off when i am just revving? also i am having boost problems. im fairly sure it is a boost leak. spent a countless number of hours checking for the leak... didnt find anything major but does a boost leak sound like a fluttering sound? thanks everyone.
apexi fmic, greddy blow off valve, greddy ic hard pipe. super 16g turbo.

yeah the greddy bov's do sound like they have a flutter under low boost (seems like 5psi and less)
but defnitly recirculate that BOV and see if you find a difference in the way your car runs
Should be a day and night difference

Like Doubleot said, go to a Home Depot (or other hardware store) and grab a 1 1/4" hose. I bought a IG stock BOV, and searched every Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, and Advance Auto Parts I could to find a hose. I finally went with the stock tube from my local dealership. But, the hot tub hose will work, maybe a clothes washing machine outlet hose may work (I think it's 1 1/4" ID as well). Good luck!
