HKS BOV wont blow off ..

i just installed my FMIC and took it out for a test drive .. i hit the gas and when the car was supposed to boost it just fell on its face and insted of blow off i got a nice loud bit of compresser surge


so we poped the hood and checked it .. i do have a boost leak and non of the vac lines are pinched.

when we reved it up again and i put my hand infront of the BOV .. i didnt feel any air


help?

It sounds like you've crossed some vacuum lines or something in this setup.

Yep, check those vac lines. The one to your BOV is not operational.

He has the ebay HKS knock off which I suspect to be the problem, along with boost leaks.
