i just got home from buying a eagle talon tsi AWD i just bout a FWD tsi last week end and now i have a total of 3 DSMs heres a pic ill have more tommorw got it for a screaming deal of 900$ the motor is sezied but i planed to rip the motor out of my fwd so i said might as well do the build on a AWD

really!!!!!! i may have a motor for ya, im still debating on parting my 1g awd out the head needs rebuilding, but i just dont have the time. nice find by the way!!!! thats a steal

I have a JDM motor thats just been sitting for about 4 years if your interested, I would personally take the head off and do a headgasket and timing belt simply because its sat so long and would be easy to do with the motor out of the car (but should run fine as is)... I'd sell this motor for $650 has about 15k on the motor (US miles) who knows how many JDM miles it had.

Nice grab. I am picking up a awd shell and a built to the top motor for 1200. This will be my 4th build. It is addicting isnt it. Once you know DSM's it is hard to go to something else. I can put together a car in a day if I had all parts there. Good luck with it. Let me know if there are any parts you need. I have enough to put a car together other then the motor.

Nice find! I have a 2g FWD and have been in the market for either a 1g or 2g AWD with a bad motor. And I def don't want to spend more than $1000. Its nice to know that it may be possible to find one!
