Has one used this turbo, or do they have much knowledge of it? It is a little smaller than what I was planning on using, but someone has a brand new one available for the right price. I tried searching on other forums, but had little luck. BorgWarner s300 sx3 60mm

It looks to be alot like my Holset HX40 depending on what size hot side is on it. I run a .82AR T3 setup.
If the one you are looking at is a twin scroll, you need a exhaust to match that to get it to spool anywhere below 4500 rpm. My T3 finally lights my HX40 at 45-4700 and does a good job at 40 psi to 9k, but it is an open T3 flange. A twin scroll manifold would spool mine quicker. I would expect the BW unit to be similar but I haven't used one myself, so I was just comparing.

Good to hear. What power are you putting down at 40psi with your holset?
Yeah I have larger runner t4 divided manifold. I also realized I was searching s300 instead of s360 on everything. I brain must have melted from reading too much on turbos. I still can't find a copy map for the 60mm BW has it with the larger mm. I am wanting 600ish to the wheels

If it's anything like my Holset, you can get there. I ended up over your mark, as far as tuning, and was in the 700's so around 600whp. It tears the tires loose at 65mph and I literally have to keep it between the lines. I was flowing just over 60lbs/min up top. It should flow a bit more but that seemed to be about where it always showed on ECMLink. That was at 32psi, I never did grab the scramble button, which opens up the motor more to 40+psi, I never needed it.
