Do boost leak test check with soap and water. Check all connections to vacuum, injectors, and throttle body seals.

I just made a boost leak tester for CHEAP yesterday. Went to Home Depot and bought a 2" PVC end cap for about $.40 and a 2.5" 90 degree hose with clamps for around $5. Picked up a packet of valve stems at Autozone for $2. Bought a 7 gallon air tank at Walmart for $20. Filled the tank to 50psi at the gas station for free. Drilled a hole in the end of the PVC cap and pushed a valve stem through. Put the cap in the hose and tightened it down. Put the other end of the hose on the compressor side of the turbo and tightened that down. Attached the air tank to the valve stem on the PVC cap and gave it some air. The hissing located my two leaks: the corner of the intercooler that was easily fixed with some JBWeld and the side of the stock upper intercooler pipe next to the throttle body that just needed to be clamped down a little more. Best tool for under $10 yet. And now I don't have to go to the gas station to fill up my tires.. the air tank is great. :)

it could be leaking at the throttle body gaskets - or the intake manifold gasket also.
The pipe connections and t/b seals are just the most commen.

Spray everything down with soapy water. EVERYTHING. All the way up to the intake manifold including the injectors. Then do the boost leak test. Look for bubbles.

BUT! Make SURE you don't get your CAS wet. (cover the entire valve cover with a plastic bag)
