Recently my boost level has dropped. I have only done the free mods, and crushed the bov just a hair. I used to run around 12 psi, and now I am around 10. Every once in a while, it will only push 7 or 8. I have done the leak test, and only found the throttle shaft and idle screw to be leaking, but they did that before my problem. There were other small misc. leaks that I have since remedied. I have checked the turbo for play, and it has very little. I am kinda lost on this one!

Also, a while back I came across a mod for the wastegate actuator arm, and cannot find it again. If someone could point me to it, or at least tell me if it is a worthwhile mod, I would appreciate it!:thumb: :dsm:

In the never ending quest for boost leaks, I did a little experiment today, and decided to vent the bov instead of recirculate. What I found was that my bov was staying open at idle! You could put your hand against the opening and feel it. Is this normal? I disconnected the vacuum line from the manifold, and it closes completly. I would think that it should be shut untill the pressure builds up, but maybe I am wrong. Anyone had this problem, or know that in fact it SHOULD be open at idle? Will crushing it further help it? Like I said, I have it crushed just a little bit, as I had suspected it of leaking before....
