boost loss

okay i have an all factory 97 gst with an 80k rebuild on it with a t25 now i put boost gauge in it and its running 11 psi ( don't think thats to bad for factory ) but when it pulls and i hit 11psi for a sec then it slowly drops to 9psi and stays till i let off ?

im thinking its the factory BOV not being able to hold the 11psi ? or is there something else ? and i have checked all my ic connections and there all good, so im just wondering if its the bov or something else

do a boost leak test, that will tell you if your bov or something else is leaking.

You can easily make one with some home depot PVC pipe sealer and a bike tube valve . Customer me like $5 bucks to make depends on where you get the parts . I used an old cut off flex tube or coupler .
