Well I went down to home depot the other day, and assembled my home made leak tester for 4 dollars, qreat vfaq, once I hooked it up I ran 20 psi through it, and it leaked out of my blow off valve profusely, and from my intake (where the J part joins the plenium). Both the blow off valve and the intake manifold wouldn't hold even 5 lbs. About the blow off valve, I didn't do any thing to it to make it lock up I just left it the way it was, is there a way to make it hold pressure that I wasn't doing? And for the intake mani, same thing, was there some thing I was doing wrong, or should I replace the gaskets, there was alot of grime (probly from fuel) or some thing leaking around the intake manifold, any suggestions on how to remove the intake mani and a place to find new gaskets. thanks.
