Well I did a boost leak test today and ended up tearing apart my FMIC setup just to re tighten couplers and stuff. I found that I had a few leaks that I was unaware of. I have read a thread on here about the forge 1st gen BOV leaking at the base. Any suggestions on the best way to fix it. Welding it was really what I want to do but where to take it to get welded. I don't want it to be a hack job. I also have read about a fix forge had done about this problem but don't really understand what it is. If someone can chime in and explain this to me. Pictures maybe so I might be able to do this fix instead of welding it.

Maybe patty from forge can chime in and explain to me how this was fixed because when I bought this is was a floor model from buschurs and had been probably been there before the fix was made. Just would like to find a way to get this fixed before I throw on my 50 trim.
