For some reason, my boost isn't coming on till about 4000rpms and finally hits full boost at about 5100rpms. I looked at all the intercooler piping and such and couldn't find any leaks. I made sure everything was tight but may have missed something. Any suggestions for where to look or some other ideas? Thanks for the help.

im not sure, but if you had a leak i dunno if you would even make full boost maybe if it was just a small one or something, just sounds like something other then a leak to me but i have been wrong many times before on this board soooo......i dunno.

Its going to be very difficult to track down the leaks if you don't use a Leak Tester. You can build one for less then $5.00. Small air leaks are near impossible to find without pressurizing the intake tract.
