Boost leak or bad plugs or both?

I have a relatively stock setup.

Intake, exhaust, hallman mbc set at 15psi on the stock T25.

Whenever I am running at WOT I don't see an issue.

If I am on the highway or cruising at a lower RPM in a higher gear I notice when I get to 14-15 psi the car spudders and shakes a bit. It's definitely noticeable. For example third gear at 40mph getting on the highway when it builds boost and gets to 14-15psi just starts breaking up. If I'm on it hard it doesn't happen.

I've done checks for unmetered air and boost leaks and can't really find either.

It could be the spark plugs but I'm not sure. I bought knew NGKs today and plan on swapping them tonight to see if it helps.

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious or something I could be missing.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry to break it to ya but I did a boost leak test, new plugs, new spark plug wires and still no help. I've log everything on evoscan and everything looked normal. Injectors aren't maxed, air/ fuel ratio is okay. I'm pretty much stumped.
I just order a new act flywheel and hd clutch to make sure my clutch isn't slipping!

Hope you have better luck then me!

I am putting in new plugs tonight and wires this weekend(ordered).

I am also replacing the clutch and flywheel but I don't think that's the issue because it doesn't really do it under wide open throttle. If the clutch were slipping it would do it under the most stress I would think.

I will change the spark plugs tonight and see if it helps. I will be installing Dsm link here pretty soon also so maybe I can find something then.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
