Bad sensors, bad wiring or both?

After installing the CAS I got my car running again. Changed all 4 shocks and, what I think it's name in english is, ball joint. So I went to check the CEL to see if it still was SNAFU or if something worse popped up. It came up with 4 more errors than usual :S here the total of errors:

P0100 - Volume Air Flow Circuit

P0105 - Barometric Pressure Circuit

P0110 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit Malfunction

P0120 - Throttle Position Circuit

P0136 - Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault

P0141 - Heated Oxygen Sensor-Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Performance

P0325 - Knock Sensor 1 Circuit

P0500 - Vehicle Speed Sensor

P1400 - Manifold Differential Pressure Sensor Circuit

Other than the blower and the fog lights blowing there respective fuse every time I turn one of them on, trunk light wont turn on, smell of gasoline on the back and passenger side and I cant see at what speed I'm going to. Car runs fine.

The ECU was fixed, it had a bad copper plate and a melted capacitor from what I can remember.

My questions are, from your experience, are all these sensors bad? Or is there bad wiring? If I buy a new engine harness, will most of these problems be fixed? I ask this because, I bought a new speed sensor and that didn't fix the problem.

So I should make sure that pin 92 is properly grounded inside the ECU, and to make sure the sensors shouldnt be grounded to the chassis. And that would fix my problem, if it's the bad grounding, on the sensors mentioned on that note?

Thanks a lot for the quick reply and the help. Another question, is the car safe to drive in this condition? I'm on the university and don't have time to fix it until mid December. I do a 100mile weekend drive to my home.
