So I did a boost leak test at the turbo inlet and heard air coming out of the oil cap. So I pulled the PCV hose and air was just rushing through it, but there is still air coming from the oil cap also. I then did the test from the TB elbow and air was still coming from the cap and of course the PCV. So what would it be besides the PCV, valve seals maybe? I have searched but I cant find a good enough answer. Any help is appreciated.

I know this I would do a compression test for sure, I had this happen a few years and two DSM's ago and it ended up being a ring going bad, it stared smoking a few months later.
Air PSI should not be getting past "IF" you have all the vavles closed, I think it has to be at top dead center, look up the vfaq on boost testing

How About Leaking Oil Thru The Oil Filler Cap When Cruising Around Town

Boost is not going to leak out of the valve cove, unless it is an internal issue ie, blown head gasket, cracked head, bad rings, etc. pcv valve is bad . Iworld clamp of the pcv valve hose and test.

I Replaced The Cap And No Oil Leak From There But There Is Still Oil Leaking I Think Its Coming From A Small Hole On The Side Of The Valve Cover, Next To The Spark Plug.
