Its crazy ... But it seems like its dropping anywhere from 1psi to 5 psi at high rpm.

The Boost ET is almost dead on with my gauge .

This was with the stock side mount and BLT to 20psi nothing .. Well a very minor leak at FPR and 1 injector -o-ring both were very minor it took like 8 sec's to pop a soap bubble @ 20 PSI.

I know there's no way the 16g is maxed at 15 psi LOL...

Thanks Rob.

You do realize you have hit 115% IDC. Turn the boost down with stock injectors. You should not be at anything over 14psi and in this case 12psi is about where you should be at.

Fix your leaks and try again. You should be able to hold pressure for at least a minuite depending on how well the internals seal.

WoW i lose pressure in like 5-10 sec's wow.... i guess i have a leak somewhere maybe a bad BoV?

Yes . i didn't even know the IDC was that bad thats why i got link i was blown-away when someone told me my IDC was 114% i was like :sosad:

I wont even boost the car now till i get injectors it's sitting in the garage waiting for the front mount and injectors to arrive :shhh:.

just wanna say thanks ... i thought it was normal for it to bleed off fast... the stock bov leaks it's wang off steady sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss even at 3psi ..

but there's a major leak somewere for sure ...

sounds like its inside the motor somewhere ?

PCV valve ? you may have to plug the line going to the PCV valve and try a BLT again.

My guess is that it's the BOV that "leaks it's wang off even at 3 psi". :)

Fixing boost leaks is an iterative process. You have to knock down one, and then search for the next one. Air under pressure will always take the path of least resistance...so if you fix one leak, the next one will show up.

Keep knocking them down one at a time and eventually you can hold pressure for several minutes...or at least up to the limit of your rings' and valves' ability to seal.

yah the bov leaks its butt off at low psi ..

I bought a CX racing intercooler kit
It came with a cheap BoV purple one .... Im gonna give it a shot when i get the car back together ...

Replacing oil cooler and radiator right now.:thumb:

Thanks alot guys.
