hey guys,, here we go again

about 3 days ago i posted on here that a 5 dollar PCV valve fixed all my boost creep issues and slipping clutch symptoms -- the car pulled great and finally was working well without ANY issues

now back to the same old problems, feels like the clutch is slipping just like before and the car will spike to 15 psi when i have her set at 12

i cleaned the brand new pcv today and no luck -- same problems

also did a boost leak test and she s holding fine with no leaks anywhere

so whats the deal? the car has 50K on it so its got the stock clutch
it will hold 8 psi no problems but after that she starts to creep on me or slip or whatever you want to call it -- ive had these symptoms now for 3 months

any hints or ideas would be great

I was hoping u werent going to say that -- but hey if it needs to be changed it needs to be changed --

it just doesnt make any sense that the car would work great for 3 days, boosting and holding with NO ISSUES and then back to its typical crap again today

could the New PCV shot itself between the eyes? i got it from advanced auto -- should i go grab one from mitsubishi?

screw PCV valves, get a USPlastic's check valve to put in between you IM and existing pcv valve.

Its $1.49.

Check Valves | U.S. Plastic Corp.

Item#64175

Good luck

Yeah, what he said. ^^^ Seriously, do yourself a favor and get one of these installed and i guarantee you will not have another problem with boost getting past one of those check valves.;)

perfect... thanks guys

any specific direction this thing goes in? knowing my luck id put it in backwards -- i just ordered two of them thanks guys
