Boost gauge questions.....

Would I need to boost over 20 PSi with an evo 3 turbo or a b16g to achieve 300 horsepower with all the supporting mods? I ask this because I found a really good deal on a 20 PSi boost gauge and I'm wondering if it'll be able to work for my application. I also hate buying more than one of the same thing.

I'd say go with one that goes higher. 20psi isn't even at the sweet spot on a Evo 16g.

You can achieve 300 HP on either of those turbos @ 17-18 PSI.
So the 20 PSI max gauge would be fine. Although for future upgrades, and so on, I wouldnt bother with the 20psi max gauge. Buy something that you can utilize later.
Summit Racing sells a VDO Gauge that is -30/+25 psi. For I beleive $30.00. White faced or Black faced. They are not the best gauges in the world, but they are quality for the price.
