okay when my key is in the on position my stock boost gauge is in the middle mark( as usually) but the aftermarket digital boost gauge read 1lb. any one know why is? i havent ran the engine i swap in it yet bc im waiting on a new ecu. when i got the car it had a blown motor and the gauge was reading 1lb then too.

It's possible the boost gauge is slightly off and needs calibration. But both gauges should be straight in the middle (at 0psi) since there is no vacuum or boost without the engine running. So no need to worry.
