Hey guys, I've read similar threads but could't find the answer Im looking for. When I turn the key to on the car does not "initialize" ding ding ding the speedo jumps to 50 and the boost gauge goes from nothing to the 3rd bar from the bottom. When I turn it off the speedo will slowly go back down to 20 and stay there.
The check engine light is on also
I am still in the process of doing the swap so I have not attempted to crank it over yet. I did however have the cluster apart at one point swapping out the milage from my old cluster but I was sure that I was carefull in placing all the needles back in. Could all of this be caused by maybe a little slop in the needles back on?
Thanks Guys.

. I'm assuming that you used the cluster from a second gen Talon right? The first gens have actual numbers in comparison to, so I honestly wouldn't know. I'm sure someone else can chime in though. If they're the same, it would appear that the "third bar from the top" could be correct.
