Boost flutter

I have 2 boost settings; 18 and 25 psi. The low setting is fine, it hits the target and stays there. The high setting is another story. Under WOT, it pretty much makes it to roughly 22-23 psi then bounces around from 20 to 25 psi. I can hear the BOV going nuts while it does this.

The car still acelerates, but nowhere near what it should.

It sounds like it's leaking when you hit boost levels that high. Try adjusting your Type S to a harder setting, but do it so that it doesn't flutter at 18 psi.
