BOOST CREEP!!! Cant get rid of it tried everything.Need help from a WISEMEN!!

First of let me tell you my set-up.
2G ecplise 96
Small 16G turbo
510cc injectors(the yellow ones)
S-AFC
255LPH fuel pump (walbro in tank)
OEM fuel regulator
External waste gate turbonetics 30mm
2 1/2 inch custom exhaust with no cat or resonator
The downpipe is still OEM
Manual boost controler

Now the problem is that I can control boost to any setting I chose until 4500 RPM then it will boos creep all the way to 23psi if I dont let go of the gas pedal.
Example I set it for 15psi it holds there from 1000 RPM to 4500 RPM then it will keep on boosting as far as 23psi or more if I dont let go of the gas pedal.
I CAN hear the waste gate opening at 15 psi so I know is working the way it should.But still after 4500 RPM it will boost creep like HELL all of this at WOT(wide open trhotle)

Now this is what ive tried:

Used another external waste gate (TIAL)
Tried running a direct line from the turbo outlet to the external waste gate fro it to open as soon as boost hits and still it opens I can HEAR it opening at about 9PSI it holds there until the engine reaches 4500RPM then BOOST CREEP again.
Ported the waste gate pasage even bigger to se if it helps and nothing
changed to a diferent boost controler(manual)nothing
Put the scanner on it to see if I got a trouble code nothing
I even tried running the car with the exhaust unbolted and nothing

TRIED all of this and The same thing hapens BOOST is controlled until 4500 RPM then it BOOST CREEPS LIKE HELL!

Once again All that I have is the punny 16G how can I NOT control BOOST even using a EXTERNAL WASTEGATE??

Which MBC? Try another.

The first one was The Extreme Manual Boost Controler.
Then tried with my friends Turbonetics manual boost controler.
And that did not help still got boost creep.
Same problem got boost controled from 1000rpm to 4500rpm the boost keeps on creeping on me.!!:thumbdown

have you ported the O2 housing? if you haven't just port the wastegate side. i had this problem and it stopped when i heavily ported my O2 housing and exhaust housing. now my turbo will even hold as little as 10psi to redline the, most i have tried is 16psi

your problem is your turbo flows better than your wastegate does.

I had the same problem and porting the wastegate/O2 housing never helped.

I put a cat on and the creep is all gone.

if he's useing an external wastegate whats the point of porting the wastegate side of the 02 houseing?

maybe you need a bigger wastegate...
