It depends on how much you want to spend. I have a blitz boost controller that works very well, it's pricey but it came with my car so whatever. If I didn't have one and was going to buy one, I'd probably buy a manual one, not because I think they are better or anything, but because I don't feel the need to spend a 2-4 hundred extra for a light show. I personally like the Hallman Pro because you can add the cockpit adjuster kit and control boost from the dash.

(I know some of the more expensive EBC's are more than just lights, so don't hate on my for oversimplifying LOL)
