Boost controller

I want to know the proper way to install a boost controller. What do I do with the factory one and how much boost can I run on a bone stock car?

ok. What I was really wondering was what to do with the factory controller. I'm assuming that I just remove the two vacuum lines going to it and leave the wires that run to it plugged in.
