Someone must know this. I can't find them in any of the manuals I have, maybe I'm not looking in the right place. They're really rusted on there. Closest fit I could find was 19mm but it's really hard to get on there.

I'm going to take a dremel can clean them up the best I can and use some PB Blaster to penetrate the threads. I forgot to re-install the exhaust manifold gasket so I have to take it off but last time I removed the turbo exhaust mani without taking it off. I'm not going to do it that way again because it was a major PITA. At least now I can be sure it's 19mm.

i tried a 22mm for mine but did't work, so i went to advance auto parts and got a neat socket, an Ampro 7/8ths deep well with a slit on the one side, Picture below, and let me tell ya, O2 sensor, Out in no time.

wait, are we talking about the bolts that hold the DP to the O2? if so those are 19mm. im 100% sure on this, i just did it yesterday LOL.

if we are talking about the O2 sensor itself, the picture above is what you need.

judging from the first post im pretty sure your talking the 19mm's. Spray some PBlaster on it and let it sit for 5 mins, it does take some finessing to get the bolt started. it took a good 5 mins for me to get it started, my arms are still killin me.

Get some good penetrating lube on there.... wait 5 mins or so, use a breaker bar and a socket for more leverage, they should come loose.
If you're using a box-end wrench, then try using another one locked into the U shaped portion for more leverage.....
Still takes me a few times to get it to lock right....
My Dad showed me that once.... works like a charm....

that works alsome, my father also showed me that too, boy does that come in handy!! :thumb:

Those tips will definitely come in handy. There has to be some way to keep those bolts from getting that rusted. I'd hate to have 'em get this bad again. I will spray the crap out of them some more before I attempt to break them free - they're hard to get to. I have a 3 ft. breaker and an extension; should be tricky but if it it doesn't work I'll use two wrenches (which as Strm Trpr points out, works very well in most instances).
