Bolts on o2 flange on megan DP

I recently bought this downpipe and started to put it on tonight but i cant get the bolts tight to the 02 housing, the DP is too big around and i cant figure out a way to tighten the bolts, is there a trick, do i have to modify something or what do i need to do to make it fit tightly. thanks

I had that problem. Try to eye it up even, and then use a 3/4" open-ended wrench. You can't get a socket around the nuts without denting the downpipe a bit.
