Megan Racing DP rubbing on cv shaft

AS stated in the title, the flex section of my MR DP is touching the cv shaft. Will this cause it to leak after time? The DP eliminates the converter and I have the MR catback system. No matter what I do, when i tighten it down it flexes up and touches the cv shaft. Any ideas whats causing this?

Ok I will have to take pictures tomorrow, but could it be the SBR manifold since it is slightly tilted to alow the G50 to clear the water pipe?

My flex section sits next to transfercase and the have clothes sex all day and then because of the halfshaft being bolted to the block it never comes in contact with the transfercase or DP, what is going on there?

I have the cv shaft bolted to the block but my DP just wants to flex up and touch it.

I'm not sure if your situation is similar to the one turbosax2 encountered.

In the fourth picture of that post, you can see the flex section of the DP and the CV shaft above it, those two are touching after I installed the megan racing DP and catback. I also have the SBR turbo setup with their manifold, turbo, and o2 housing.
