Has anyone have a problem with the flange being a little big for the stock o2 housing. Mine leaks like crazy with the stock OEM o2 gasket and I need a fix without paying for a new o2 housing or a flange welded on.

I used to have a megan racing DP and i did notice it was a little meaty for a stock O2, as for the leaking i also had issues with that as well. i just ended up replacing it, after i tried all sorts of quick fix it methods. IE: JB weld, JB putty, cutting down parts of exhaust gaskets from other models of cars to find a seal. the problem is that the DP gets extremely hot and metal expands and contracts to various temperatures causing any quick fix or cheaper alternative almost impossible. My recommendation is to just get a different DP.
