Ok I have a 96 eclipse gsx this is gunna be a long post so I apologize but here we go let's go from the start my eclipse decided the turbo was gunna blow and it was burning massive amounts of oil still ran great just alittle less power so I went and bought a stock used t25 with no shaft play before I installed that I lost my key so I drilled out the lock and tumbler and ended up breaking theignition switch so I put a new ignition switch and lock and tumbler in then went strait to the turbo I got that installed then started it and it was running really bad so I brought it to advance to get codes pulled it was really hard to start when cooled and burning A LOT of fuel so much that there is alittle gas in my oil. My boost gauge also don't work and its bogs untill boost hits good about 2000 rpms the codes its pulling are maf sensor, map sencor but that's been on since before these problems, colant temp sensor is reading at -40 all thetime, iat is also running at -40 all the time, tps is at 100%, and fuel loop is stuck open. I replace 02 sencor, maf sencor, and colant temp sensor any help would be greatly appriciated thank you

All those coded came out of no where like right after the ignition stuff and turbo was replaced and tha boost gauge that is not working is stock the idle also went down a lot and stales when I'm over 1500 rpms and put it in neutral

No not really but if you feel that is the prob ill get one

Is there any way to diagnose the ecu like any way to tell its deffiantly bad

easiest way is find someone with the same ECU as you and just swap them quick, 3 plugs and 4 bolts...don't go throwing money into an ECU only to find out that's not the issue

and why would you drill the ignition and door lock instead of getting a new key from a dealership?

I tryed getting a new key the dealership ran the vins and mad one but it didn't work so I guess the lock and tumbler was changed before me

But thank you for your response ill see if I can find someone with the same ecu that will swap

Another thing Is that the radiator fan is staying on constantly

I just found out its also overheating will driving but when I put it in neutral it cools down quick

overheating while driving is a problem you should diagnose/solve before worrying about anything related to boost. especially if it's overheating with the fans constantly running(rules out thermostat/cooling fan issues)....are you sure it's gas in your oil and not coolant?

I'm possitive its glass and its not actually overheating its a false reading its something with wiring because its all the way at the top then u shut it off for a sec then turn it back on the gause goes right back to half instantly

Gas not glass

I agree too much right after you replaced the ignition...
Seems like stuff got "reset" dumping fuel, etc...
The ignition would not cause any of that so yes try a donor ECU first....if that doesn't solve it then u mentioned the vehicle running hot, poss it could damaged the main harness? Did the battery die or disconnected in any way? Almost sounds like water or rodent damage , too much failing out of now where at once

The battery did die I have a new one in it the car only sat for a couple days while replacing turbo and ignition so no rodent but I did have to drain fluids for turbo replacment and I did get antifreeze all over the place LOL the battery was dead first time I drove it after replacement the batt wouldn't charge while driving but I bought a new batt and it charges

Ive had a ecu before that was bad and caused all kinds of charging issues and was draining the battery.

The car ran pretty crappy. Really bad MPGs. I ended up unhooking the battery every night so the car would start the next day.

All your problems occurred after changing ignition switch. Are you positive you got the correct part and installed correctly? Ignition switches can cause computer issues by not correctly or completely competing the proper circuits
