Bogging down and Loss of power

Recently my car has been bogging down alittle at low end. It doesnt matter if its either WOT or slowing getting into throttle, it boggs down and jerks alittle bit till like 5-10psi and then it pulls fine. I am running a VPC/GCC setup with keydiver chip setup for this setup. Also once i get up past 10psi and its pulling fine without any bogging or cutting out, there is just no power anymore. I have a t3 57 trim with all the supporting mods,COP, SMIM and so on and it feels like a 10psi pull on a 14b. When i first installed the turbo it pulled really hard and now there just isnt anything there. I first thought i was having issues with the MAP sensor but i cancelled that problem out. at 20psi WOT, im not getting any knock and its not retarding timing badly or anything else obvious that would cause loss of power. I just checked the compression today and its 125psi across the board. I do not have any vaccumm leaks or anything. Im not really sure where to go from here. What else could be going on here.

your o2 voltage is really scary.... .72v .... you want .90+v for wot
