Bogging Down and Misfire

Hi everyone... I'm really stuck

I have a 90 Talon that is having some issues. The car starts up fine but it begins to bog down after it warms up. It also hesitates and misfires whenever i step on the throttle. I have changed the plugs, plug wires, MAF, and ECU to no avail . I also tested the coil pack which seemed fine. From what i can tell the O2 sensor seems to be running fine as well. I have attached a log of what is happening. Can anyone please let me know if something on the log seems off, or if you have any ideas in general? Thanks guys!

Any codes since you have link, did you do a boost leak?

No codes and I tested for a boost leak and everything seems okay.

Afr est is showing 15.6 afr .It's hard to tell with out working wideband .Makes me wonder how are you tuning your car with out WB

All i have done with my V3 is changed the injector values and compensated for my MAF. I haven't gotten a wideband because I want to get my car running first and i cant afford to buy one if a proper tune does not fix my problem. Is 15.6 the point at which the narrowband maxs out its reading?
