K, so i went to the speed shop and bought Blue bulbs for my car and put them in but they aren't blue looking at all, what do you think, maybe the lense or is it because in the my 92 talon the light gets reflected back into the back of the light, and this is why i can't get the "euro" HID look?? any help??

Those "blue" type bulbs are shit.

If you want a real HID-look, you'll have to actually get HIDs. :|

word, most of them and up being dimmer and make your car stand out like no other on the freeway at night. po po's can see you comin from miles away.

if your lights actually blue they're illegal
HID's only look blue from side angles because the light they give off is not uniform, if you look at them straight on they're white

DOT only allows white, yellow i think..maybe some other color

No screw all that shit.... a lot of bulbs SAY they have the blue hew to them but DON'T.

You need to get Nokya brand bulbs....get them for much cheaper off Ebay b/c retail they're like 60 bux. These bulbs are not straight up blue or purple (depending which color you get)....it's the HEW to them. How would they be illegal when Beamers and such come w/the real HID look? (Don't answer that...just rhetorical)

I had my Nokya Artic white (which is blue) for 2 years and never had problems w/cops. I have the Artic Purple ones on the way now....the only downfall is these bulbs don't last as long as the standard. Mine lasted the 2 years....one guy got them and one burned out in a month!

Pros & cons to everything I suppose, but just dont pay the 60 bux for them...go Ebay. I liked them and got lots of compliments.
